Our Schools: Training for the Future

Four schools operate year-round in Dol-de-Bretagne and across France, training delivery drivers, crane operators, kitchen installers, and heavy vehicle mechanics.

The training policy within the company has always been a priority, focusing on initiatives that promote personal development and the acquisition of new skills.

Supporting each individual is a core value of our culture and enables us to maintain everyone’s employability.

The management of jobs and career paths within the company (GEPP) is personalized, allowing everyone to find their own path for growth.

Training is a value deeply embedded in the company’s DNA.

It has been over 35 years since the first school for truck drivers was established, and since then, many more schools have been created. More than 100 employees and job seekers are trained and qualified each year.

Our trainers and mentors support our employees, freshly graduated, in mastering their craft.

The safety of our employees is a top priority for our company. Preventing occupational risks relies on simple and daily actions, such as warm-up exercises, which contribute to everyone’s well-being and help reduce incidents.

We continuously raise awareness among our teams, using all available tools to empower them to prevent accidents. Our goal: to shift mindsets so that everyone understands accidents are not inevitable but often the result of insufficient risk assessment. Each incident should be seen as a learning opportunity to ask: “Could this accident have been avoided?”

Finally, we integrate the aspect of safety into everyone’s responsibilities, ensuring that vigilance becomes an integral part of our collective mission.

  • Continuous training for our employees, with informational tools to raise awareness among all staff about risk prevention in the workplace.
  • The possibility for all road users to report any dangerous driving to the management, allowing for immediate action to be taken.
