Company training policy has always been one of Guisnel Distribution's priorities, and the training provided focuses on personal development and the acquisition of new skills.
Supporting each individual is an essential part of our company culture and enables us to perpetuate our excellent industrial relations climate.

Strategic workforce planning with suitable training programmes, the organisation of courses leading to qualifications (Professional truck driver's certificate, kitchen installation, etc.) and the development of individual skills (training in management, accountancy, foreign languages, etc.) form the basis of our training policy.

More than 20 years ago, we created a truck-driving school providing training leading to a state diploma.
